History
Soon after Chicago businessman John Burton Foley founded the city that bears his name, he realized his fledgling town needed a hotel. Thus, in 1908, the Hotel Magnolia was born.
Now, thirty years after the last guest checked out, the new Hotel Magnolia has re-emerged as a thoroughly modern hotel, possessing both the charm of an historic property as well as the amenities of a twenty-first century hotel.
